Pastor Dare has been at Holy Cross for almost five years. He first served as our Pastor of Christian Outreach before being called to serve as our Senior Pastor in February of 2004. Pastor Dare hales from Wisconsin, enjoys sports (especially the Packers) and spending time with his family. His wife, Rachel, is a speech therapist working at the St. Cloud hospital. He has two daughters, Abby and Anna.

Pastor Riggert was called from Concordia Seminary-St. Louis and ordained at Holy Cross as associate pastor in July of 2005. He was raised most of his life in Manning, Iowa, and received his undergraduate degree from Concordia-St. Paul. He enjoys playing all sports, and watching most any sporting events (namely the Hawkeyes). His wife, Jocelyn is a certified director of Christian outreach and has spent the past couple years working in the medical field.
